When Pregnant, Avoid Some Specific Works!

Healthy pregnancy would be a dream for every prospective parent.. In addition to maintaining a healthy diet and always check with your doctor, there are some household jobs that must be avoided because it can affect a bad mother to the fetus. This is especially when young pregnant mothers, where the fatigue factor could harm a fetus. Although usually the urge to clean house and all that looks messy felt strong. When pregnant mothers are encouraged to reproduce even on foot in order to facilitate the delivery later. The point is mothers are not allowed to work excessive and should know what work should or should not be made.

Some of the homework that should be avoided during pregnancy:

Clean pet cages.

Cleaning the cages of animals likely to cause toxoplasmosis can be transmitted through feces and animal fur. Toxoplasmosis dangerous to the developing fetus, can even lead to miscarriage. Therefore always keep pets clean and wash hands with soap after holding it. Do not forget to wear gloves when gardening.

Using insecticides.

As much as possible avoid the use of drugs, especially insecticides are sprayed into the air as long to settle on furniture or objects underneath. Insecticide containing pesticides by inhalation of the body will be brought blood to the fetus that harm fetal development.

Lifting or moving furniture or heavy objects.

This is to avoid the occurrence of a back injury. When pregnant your back has to bear a heavier burden because the fetus is in utero.

Paint or refinish furniture.

Paint and varnish is also dangerous for pregnant women because of high chemical content. Avoid job painting houses and being in the house that was painted to avoid exposure to chemicals. If forced to do the job safely select materials and use gloves and adequate ventilation. Avoid eating and drinking while doing the job.
