Anti-Candida Sack Lunch For Child

This article discusses an anti-candida lunch for children. My friend 12-year-old daughter has really bad candida. She also has severe rheumatoid arthritis, joint, bone, lung problems / I'm not sure if they are related to Candida. Her typical lunch at school or Bologna ham sandwich on white bread, chips, pop and cookies and candy.
My friend wants her healthy lunches to school. She wonders whether there is any idea of anti-candida diet. She also wants recipes for all their meals and snacks to know because she had chronic yeast for 4 years.
In my opinion, if you have the same situation as her, you can use yogurt, fresh fruit to try, such as carrots sticks, celery sticks, green peppers, cucumbers and the like. If they can eat cheese alternatives like tofu, try them. If not, try cheese and crackers.
Most people usually make a chicken salad, moistened with a good quality mayonnaise (there are a lot of recipes on some websites candida). They all put fruit, peppers, even habanera peppers (though it may be difficult for a child to eat). They usually make it as a sandwich, using spinach instead of lettuce.
Recipes for good-quality mayonnaise, go to paleofood.com, and look at their recipes page under the heading dressings. They have a lot of mayonnaise recipes to choose from, so you have some options. Just do not add vinegar!
Maybe you want to try this recipe. Blend 1 egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar 1 Tbsp. Sprinkle in 1 cup of oil while blender is on. You can really spice it up by adding a clove of garlic or some herbs.
