Tips for Shortness of Breath During Pregnancy

Currently undergoing an amazing pregnancy, the day the little one was still inside the belly grow bigger. This makes the organs of the body's distress, including respiratory organs. Because that's why pregnant women often experience shortness of breath or shortness of breath. To overcome this there are 5 tips for Mother.

    
  1. Do breathing exercises or walking leisurely swim.
  2. Avoid carrying heavy loads.
  3. Avoid the supine sleeping position. Slanted or half-sitting position with several pillows as a booster may be a good alternative.
  4. Try to do things quietly.
  5. When experiencing shortness of breath or shortness of breath, immediately take a deep breath in then exhale slowly until you feel relaxed.
