Tips for Dealing with Emotional Changes in Pregnancy

For prospective first-time mother experienced during pregnancy, in addition to many physical changes, emotional changes can often occur. From a sense of sadness, fear to love can change in just minutes. Like when experiencing PMS menjalang menstruation, where the majority of women experience emotional changes during pregnancy then the same thing was happening. Emotional changes that occur should be addressed so as not to be too explosive. These emotional changes can be made more severe if the stress is certainly not good for the fetus and mother. The priority is not stress itself but how to overcome stress is selected. Sometimes Mother vent stress by the things that unconsciously harm the fetus, such as eating unhealthy foods. To cope with emotional changes during pregnancy, Mother could do the things below:
1.  Expand knowledge about pregnancy and the changes that occur for Mother feel better prepared.
2. 
Do your best and prioritize health of the fetus Mother.

3.  Keep communication with your partner. 
4.  Support from the people nearby will make Mother feel better. 
5.  For that establishes a good relationship with family, friends, doctor and your community. 
6.  Increase confidence and trust in your emotions.
7.  Do keiasaan that makes Mother comfortable like listening to a song or read a favorite book.
8.  Balanced and nutritious food consumption.
9.  Follow the relaxation exercises like yoga or meditation.
10.  Pamper yourself with your favorite foods but still safe for pregnant women or choose a spa that provides 
       massages for pregnant women. 
11.  Consult a doctor if feeling sad and still uncertain natural Mother to get the right treatment.
