Tips to Prevent Thinning Hair

Hair is the crown of a woman, then what if your hair thinning? Here are some tips to prevent depletion worsens, follow some tips below:
1. Eliminate stress. Stress also affects the death of hair follicles. Try to follow the quick way to relax: When you feel anxious, you tend to breathe shallowly, using the upper chest muscles. Your breathing can become very fast and erratic, causing hyperventilation. Controlled breathing is a technique you can use to counteract this stress response, and supporting yourself to start quietly in 3-5 minutes.
2. To prevent hair damage, improve the way you treat the hair. We recommend only dry your hair with a towel, or use low heat if you want to blow dry. Use a hair brush with hard hair that round, which will massage the hair and scalp without destroying it. Use shampoo to wash it every 2 or 3 days. On other days, washing and beneath your scalp with water, or water and conditioner (if possible, use clean water that is free of chlorine, since chlorine can turn into poison called trichloromethanes which damage the hair.) This will help the hair more shine.
3. Eat avocado. Avocado oil can stop the dihydrotestosterone (DHT), compounds that kill hair follicles. In addition to avocados, there are many other healthy foods for hair:
* Salmon and sardines. Foods rich in omega-3 helps hair shine again. Fish oil or DHA supplements are also quite useful.
* Rice bran (bran, or bran). Bran rich in vitamin B, which can slow down hair loss and promote new hair growth. Combine bran powder to the milk, coffee, or your cereal. Other sources of vitamin B include beans, peas, carrots, soybeans, cauliflower, and eggs.
* Avoid animal fat and red meat, if the hair loss. Both can cause the production of DHT and hair follicle damage.
* Save the green tea. Pour boiling water into pot, let cool, then pour into a hair dryer to help kill the fungi that cause dandruff. If you drink green tea, the caffeine contained in it also helps slow down hair thinning.
4. Consult your doctor. You need to know that you should never ignore loss of hair. Hair loss can be symptoms of side effects of drugs, malnutrition, and emotional stress. To get the root of the problem, you need to see a dermatologist immediately. While doctors may want to find out other causes of hair thinning, if it had occurred more than one year and not a result of hormonal changes in childbirth, physical stress such as high fever, or sudden emotional trauma
