Tips Back Slim for New Mother




 


The body is stretched after child birth is a problem that almost feels all women. When your baby is growing and requires no milk, mother's time to switch on the appearance. Beautiful remain a priority. But when accompanying your child's growth, a diet was more difficult because certainly more temptation. 

Tips are:

  1. Perform light exercise with your baby. Mother could do with a walk while pushing strollers.
  2. Drink more water.
  3. Eat regularly. Do not get used to delay the time to eat regular meals because of time making appetite remains stable.
  4. Brush your teeth regularly.
  5. Do not taste the food of children who are usually greasy like pizza and burgers.
  6. Sitting at meals to control the consumption of food. This is because at meal times if accompanied by walking or running, the mother would not know how much food is already the mother of consumption.
  7. Plan a healthy dinner that you cook yourself once a week.
  8. Committed and exercise to something that is useful. For example go hiking for charity donations, or to enliven the competition.
