Bad breath is very annoying?

  1. Avoid eating foods that cause odor, such as red onion.
  2. Do not forget the consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables every day.
  3. Soak toothbrush with hot water to make sure your toothbrush free from germs. Do this at least once a week.
  4. Routine dental check every 6 months.
  5. Avoid all products containing tobacco, especially cigarettes.
  6. Make sure the water consumption each day as much as 1 to 1.5 liters.
  7. Create a schedule veggie diet by consuming raw vegetables every day for two weeks. Do not forget to do regularly.
