Tips for Aches and Pains in the Waist when Pregnant

When the third trimester of pregnancy aches and pain complaints around the waist began to emerge. This is because muscle tissue and joints in the body to be softened due to relaxin and estrogen increases. Flexibility of joints that occurs accompanied by the growing fetus which add to the burden on the waist and abdomen, causing soreness and pain. But do not think negatively first, flexibility of joints and muscle tissue occurs only in preparation for delivery later in which such flexibility to the way your baby is born later. To deal with the aches and pains that come, some of the tips below you can do to make it more comfortable:)

  1. Do not bend the waist belekang, keep the posture to remain upright even if your belly growing bulge.
  2. Use comfortable footwear. But avoid high-heeled footwear to alleviate the increasingly severe leg performance sustains your body due to the growing fetus.
  3. Compress with warm water or gently massage the sore area.
  4. Avoid movements abruptly. Perform gentle movements when getting up from sitting or sleeping or other positions.
  5. Perform light exercise such as light stretching regularly.
  6. All with a calm face, rest assured this is the case for good labor later.
