Tips for Preventing Diabetes During Pregnancy

Diabetes in pregnant women usually occurs mainly in women who have body fat or in any ethnic group. In case of diabetes during pregnancy this can damage the health of both mother and fetus. For that need to diet and exercise and blood sugar control is needed. But if it was not to happen, some of the tips below can try to prevent diabetic mothers during pregnancy.
 

1.   Follow a diet low in fat and make it a habit to eat in small portions. 
2.   Increase consumption of vegetables and fresh fruits.
3.   Try to control your weight balanced.
4.   Set meal times and obey. Do not skip meals to avoid overeating and maintain blood sugar remains stable.
5.   Do exercise 30 minutes a few times a week if at all possible and with the approval of a doctor.
6.   To replace sugar consumption, mothers can choose a safe substitute for sugar in sufficient quantities  
      except sacharin harmful to the fetus.
7.   To control your diet and your blood sugar levels can make a record of diet during pregnancy.
