Teach Your Child Good Eating Habits to Combat Obesity

Many overweight children at their young age. This is because of their poor eating habits. Parents should monitor what their child eats. This will help in eliminating foods that are not good for the health of your child. Careful selection of food is very important to your child fit and healthy.
Many children will have a profound stages of picky eaters. This is a normal part of growing up. Children often want to eat a certain place at a certain time. They eat a small amount of food and still be good, active and growing normally. Most picky eaters are between 1 1 / 2 years and 5 years old. Children of all ages tend to have a few food dislikes. Sometimes they dislike foods because of their color, but more often because they are difficult to chew. Children prefer raw vegetables well cooked vegetables. Below are some useful tips for a picky eater to manage:

Make the meal table, a relaxing and pleasant environment, free from family conflicts, tensions and distractions like TV. Make it an important family event.
